Homemade Riml spirits

The basis for our unique spirits is the careful selection of ingredients. In summer, our dedicated employees collect pine cones that grow right in Gurgl. These natural treasures give our spirits their unmistakable, aromatic taste.

After the collection, the ingredients are gently processed to preserve the best possible aroma. In elaborate manual work, pine trees, blueberries and raspberries are crushed and then steeped in high-quality alcohol. This step is crucial to extract the natural flavours and shape the unique character of our spirits.

Now the process of patience begins. Our spirits are allowed to mature in peace while the flavours develop harmoniously. Our head cook Wolfgang personally watches over this process and regularly checks the degree of maturity to ensure that our spirits reach their full depth of flavour.

After this wonderful maturing period, the time has finally come - the spirits are carefully filled into our lovingly designed bottles. Now they can either be taken home as a gift for your loved ones or enjoyed directly at our Hotel Riml as a digestif.
