The fine dining experience at the Jägerstube begins every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 6:00 p.m. with a personal welcome and an aperitif in the lobby.
We kindly ask you to arrive on time to ensure that all guests can enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience.
The fine dining menu is served in the Jägerstube at two exclusive tables for a maximum of six people each. Enjoyment and new acquaintances included!
The main event starts on time at 6:30 p.m. and invites you into a world of finely balanced flavors and precise craftsmanship.

Martin Kuprian, restaurant manager and sommelier, and his team use their extensive expertise and keen intuition to ensure the perfect setting for your evening. With his passion for wine and international perspective, he puts together finely tuned wine pairings that perfectly complement the flavors of the cuisine.The wine pairing is available for an additional charge of € 140. Alternatively, Martin Kuprian recommends individually selected wines from our wine list and personally attends to each guest—competently, attentively, and with the utmost professionalism.
