In order to minimise its ecological footprint, the Hotel Riml uses 100% clean green electricity from Tyrolean hydropower and its own photovoltaic system. This avoids the use of non-renewable energies and contributes to climate protection.

Another solution may seem very "retro" at first glance - the use of keys with key fobs instead of electronic room locking systems. This saves over 400 batteries per season and thus reduces waste. Our guests thus also make a small contribution to protecting the environment.

The Hotel Riml has its own solar system for heating the water. This minimises energy consumption and promotes the use of renewable resources. The water for the wellness area is thus treated in an environmentally friendly way and actively contributes to reducing CO2 emissions.

When selecting suppliers, the Hotel Riml favours regional partners. Short transport routes minimise CO2 emissions and strengthen the local economy. Guests can therefore look forward to delicious, regionally sourced food and at the same time contribute to supporting local farmers and producers.

Several electric charging stations are available at the Hotel Riml for guests with electric vehicles. This promotes the use of environmentally friendly means of transport and reduces emissions of pollutants.
