Registration

We will be delighted to send you an offer for the room you have requested if you tell us the number of people who will be using it and the ages of any children who will be coming. In your own interest you are strongly advised to take out travel cancellation insurance. Further details are available online at www.europaeische.at

Arriving and departing

Please vacate your room by 10 am on your day of departure. Kindly note that as a rule, rooms are only ready for occupancy as of 2 pm on the date of arrival. 

Cancellations

Room cancellations must be made in writing. No charges will apply in the case of cancellations received up to three months prior to the intended start of the holiday. In the case of cancellations received up to one month prior to the intended start of the holiday we shall charge you 40% of the total booked price. Within one month and one week prior to the intended start of the holiday you will be charged 70% of the total booked price. In the event of a cancellation one week (or less) prior to the intended start of the holiday you will be charged 90% of the total booked price. Supplements

Double room for single occupancy: 50% surcharge on the particular price

Christmas Eve: €40 per person  ew Year’s Eve: €60 per person (fabulous New Year’s Eve party in the Golf Park with fireworks display, New Year’s buffet and live band). Children up to and including the age of 15 are exempted from paying a supplement.

Deposit: €400 per room, apartment or suite per week.

Pets

Dogs allowed: €12 per day

Reduction in the event of booking a room only with breakfast:  €15 per person.
